Therapy is a relationship that can create lasting positive change in peoples’ lives. Often times, choosing to engage in psychotherapy is one of the biggest steps in initiating the healing process. My mission is to meet you where you are in your current life condition, and to join with you on your journey toward self-improvement. Together we will work to create therapy goals that are inspired by your needs and aspirations. For over a decade I have provided therapy services to adolescents, families, couples, and adults from diverse cultures and backgrounds with a wide array of mental health concerns. My therapeutic approaches include cognitive-behavioral and humanistic therapy. My desire is to create a therapeutic relationship that is supportive, down to earth, and empowering. I believe people are at their best when they feel encouraged to grow and change in ways that benefits and improves their wellbeing.
