Connecting with individuals in a safe and comfortable environment, and assisting in their journey to find the life they desire is my greatest aspiration. Together we will help you further develop your emotional awareness and improve your overall functioning in ways that are most beneficial and fulfilling.

Talking to a therapist can help clients make positive changes and develop more productive, life-enhancing ways of functioning. I value a mind-body connection, and strive to share information with clients that will improve both their mental and physical well-being. With open nonjudgmental communication, I partner with clients to build on their strengths and address challenges. The therapeutic practices, modalities and theories I utilize include a number of evidence-based treatments including Mindfulness Practice, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Neurolinguistic Practices (NLP), and Client-Centered Therapy.

Mental health testing is an expertise of mine. I use a wide variety of standardized assessments when selecting the specific set of tests for the individual client, and I incorporate therapeutic approaches and knowledge when providing feedback and recommendations. Over the years I have gathered a great deal of experience in this area; I provide evaluations for a wide range of psychological conditions including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Bipolar Disorder, Depressive and Anxiety Disorders, Behavioral and Learning Disabilities, Cognitive Impairments, Delusional Disorders, and Memory Deficits. Testing results provide useful information and clarification to facilitate the therapeutic process.

I offer therapy services and mental health testing for individuals from age two-and-a-half to seniors. My experience also includes working with individuals in managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, the autism spectrum, organization and concentration issues, and family conflict. I welcome individuals of all races, cultures, backgrounds, creeds, and sexual orientations. My continuing growth and accumulation of mental health knowledge is a path and passion of mine that I use to provide a wide range of services and foster an open-minded approach.
