Navigating through life challenges and stresses can be difficult if done on our own. Having support and assistance can be instrumental in broadening perspectives and finding solutions. Together we can discover positive steps to resolving problems and growing skills to strengthen resilience and resolve.
Talking with a therapist can help clients make positive changes and develop productive, life-enhancing ways of functioning. I value a mind-body connection, and strive to collaborate with clients in ways that will improve both their mental and emotion well-being. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), adjustment disorders, relationship and family conflict, low self-esteem, concentration difficulties, social anxiety, anxiety related to health concerns and trauma.
The therapeutic modalities I utilize include evidence-based treatments such as Mindfulness Practice, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems and Client-Centered Therapy. Together we can work to build on your strengths and abilities to help you make the positive changes you desire.
I offer services for individuals ages six to seniors. I welcome individuals of all races, cultures, backgrounds, creeds, and sexual orientations. I foster an open-minded approach and work to connect with individuals to develop greater emotional and behavioral awareness. In doing so, I look forward to joining you in your journey to provide support to improve your overall life functioning in ways that are beneficial and fulfilling.
