Being a therapist comes with an amazing benefit. I view therapy as beginning a journey towards healing and relief. The decision to start therapy can be challenging for some. I welcome you and walk with you through this journey of healing.
My therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy blended with other modalities that are customized to meet your specific needs. I have experience with clients from a wide range of demographics, with ages ranging from children to the elderly, as well as clients from the LGBT community. I provide services for clients who experience anger management issues, abuse trauma issues, depression, anxiety, racial trauma and identity development issues, career planning issues, and a wide range of other challenges. I also have experience with clients who have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, as well as clients who are challenged by intimacy issues. As a therapist I have a chance to change people’s lives, I consider that a privilege.
