I meet every individual with compassion, empathy, curiosity, and authentic communication. Together we will navigate the struggles of life and relationships you are dealing with, while collaboratively building upon your inherent individual strengths to increase coping skills and facilitate healing from past harmful experiences.
I bring a unique blend of clinical training and real-world experience to therapy. As a Marriage and Family Therapist in training at Northwestern University, I specialize in Integrative Systemic Theory (IST), creating individualized interventions that honor each client’s unique situation.
I provide therapy to adolescents, individuals, couples and families. My treatment focus includes emotional regulation difficulties, anger management, trauma recovery, relationship conflict resolution, and life transitions. My approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, strength-based approaches, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care.
I am committed to creating an inclusive therapeutic environment that welcomes all races, religions, sexual orientations, and diverse life experiences. Every client is valued and empowered to achieve their life goals while navigating difficult moments with support and understanding.
