Premasters Pre-Licensed Practitioner

Life can feel overwhelming and hard to navigate on our own. It’s easy to get caught in cycles of overthinking, fear and uncertainty about how to move forward. Therapy is not just a place to talk, it’s an open and supportive space for insight and practical change. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build tools that actually work in your daily life, and create a way of living that feels more aligned with who you want to be.
I work with adolescents age sixteen and older, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, stress and burnout, obsessive-compulsive concerns, life transitions, identity exploration, phobias, or relationship challenges. I strive to offer care that is culturally competent, trauma-informed, and I provide a space that is LQBTQA+-affirming and neurodivergent-affirming, where all parts of your identity are respected and supported.
My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to each individual, with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based interventions to help you better understand and respond to thoughts and emotions. I incorporate basic somatic techniques to support nervous system regulation and help you reconnect with your body. In addition, I also provide an attachment-based perspective to explore patterns within relationships and how they may be impacting your present experiences.
I view therapy as a collaborative process and value authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. I am warm, direct, genuine and curious, with the goal of creating a space where you feel comfortable being honest and exploring difficult life experiences. I believe there is room for both vulnerability and humor in the process, and I will support you while also gently challenging you so that our time together can be a place where real growth happens.
