Therapy offers a safe space for self-exploration, where individuals are invited to share their experiences, emotions, and thoughts with acceptance and support. I view therapy as a partnership in which you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to be a supportive, compassionate guide. Together, we will identify patterns, recognize strengths, and work through obstacles that may be holding you back, and create an opportunity to make positive change.
I provide therapy for individuals between the ages of three to older adults, providing therapeutic support for people struggling with anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, personality disorders, relationship issues, crisis intervention, and a wide variety of life challenges. My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, which emphasizes the importance of understanding your past to address present struggles, alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. This blend allows me to offer a personalized treatment plan that caters to your unique needs.
I am deeply committed to working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and strive to provide compassionate and culturally competent care, ensuring that each person’s unique cultural, ethnic, sexual, and religious identity is respected and honored. Inclusivity is at the core of my practice, as I believe that everyone deserves to feel valued, heard, and understood on their therapeutic journey.
Together, we can uncover meaning, find healing, and navigate life’s challenges. I am passionate about supporting you in your journey toward discovering your fullest potential and living a life rich with purpose and fulfillment. It would be an honor to walk alongside you in this process of growth and healing.
