Premasters Pre-Licensed Practitioner

As part of our human experience, it is inevitable that we will experience countless transitions, uncertainties, and challenges throughout life. These experiences, whether subtle or profound, shape our internal landscapes and narratives we carry forward. Therapy offers more than a structured dialogue; it is an intentional space for reflection to explore the past, make sense of the present, and thoughtfully craft the future. In this space, you are not simply a diagnosis or a collection of symptoms; you are a person experiencing life through the lens of your history, values, identity, and inherent worth. Your therapeutic journey is as unique as you are, and you deserve compassion, coherence, and connection within your sessions and beyond.
Choosing to begin therapy is a significant and meaningful decision, one that shows courage and the desire for peace and alignment in life. My role is to accompany you in this journey with respect, intellectual curiosity, and a nonjudgmental stance. I approach therapy holistically, recognizing the connections between mind, body, and spirit, and tailoring our work to meet exactly where you are. We will work together to foster a deeper understanding of your experiences and explore how to call upon your strengths and values to develop the insight and skills needed to support healing, growth, and a more grounded sense of self.
At the center of my practice is a commitment to honoring your humanity and the distinctiveness of your lived experience. I work with all age groups, from young children to older adults, and welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, racial and ethnic identities, faith traditions, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
My clinical experience encompasses a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, phobias, depression, executive dysfunction, trauma, ADHD, autism, psychosis-related conditions, personality disorders, and both interpersonal and intrapersonal challenges. My therapeutic framework is intentionally eclectic and adaptive, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based interventions, Attachment-Informed Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. This integrative stance allows our work to be responsive to your needs rather than constrained by a single model.
If you are considering therapy and sense that we may be a good fit, I invite you to reach out and come as you are. Together, we can work toward cultivating the clarity, growth, and sense of wholeness you deserve.
