Premasters Pre-Licensed Practitioner

Life can be messy, uncertain, and challenging, and sometimes we can use a little support navigating the bumps along the way. Therapy can provide a space to reflect, feel heard, and find a path forward. You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Together, we can explore where you are, build on your strengths, and work toward your goals.
I am passionate about supporting clients as they navigate relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, life transitions, and other challenges that arise throughout life. I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults. My goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive space for people of all cultural backgrounds, racial and ethnic identities, religious and spiritual beliefs, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
My approach is grounded in a relational lens and informed by systemic perspectives, recognizing that our relationships and environments shape our experiences and influence our ability to create change. I view therapy as a collaborative process in which you are the expert on your own experiences. Together, we will explore patterns, build on your strengths, and identify opportunities for growth, healing, and meaningful change.
I strive to create a calm, compassionate, and accepting space where you feel comfortable being yourself. If you are considering therapy, I invite you to come as you are. We can work together to better understand what you’re experiencing, identify what matters most to you, and find meaningful steps forward.
