Therapy can turn a stuck chapter into a turning point—clarity after confusion, connection after disconnection, and a life that finally feels like it belongs to you. Relationships are at the heart of that change. I work with individuals, couples, and families from adolescence onward, walking alongside you as you rebuild trust, find language for what hurts, and reimagine what is possible. My style is collaborative and integrative. I draw from multiple approaches so we can discover what actually works for you—not a one-size-fits-all plan, but a path that truly fits your life.

My work centers on the concerns that most often bring people into therapy, and on the deeper change they hope will follow. I offer relationship counseling across the full arc of partnership and family life, including premarital work, sex therapy, blended families, divorce, co-parenting, and the aftermath of betrayal. I also help clients move through major life transitions—career evolution, burnout, questions of identity and purpose, the arrival of a child, empty nest, chronic illness, care giving, retirement, end-of-life planning—with greater clarity and steadiness.

Whether substance use and other compulsive patterns, including gaming, spending, sex, and shopping; we can address the relational and professional strain that often accompanies them. I work as well with communication, leadership and professionalism, narcissistic abuse, self-esteem, spirituality, business partnerships, self-confidence, and stress management, always with an eye toward restoring both inner coherence and the quality of a person’s closest connections. I also work with veterans, first responders, law enforcement, healthcare professionals, and others in safety-sensitive roles that carry both deep responsibility and unseen burdens.

I draw from a rich, integrative set of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to shift unhelpful patterns with practical tools; Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Gottman Therapy, and Behavioral Couples Therapy to strengthen connection and repair in relationships; Narrative, Existential, Adlerian, Person-Centered, Gestalt, and Experiential work to help you reclaim your story, meaning, and sense of self; Structural and Bowenian family approaches to understand patterns across generations and systems; and Mindfulness-Based and Strengths-Based practices to build presence, resilience, and confidence. Together, these modalities allow us to work collaboratively—honoring both insight and action—so change feels not only possible, but deeply personal.

My hope is simple and ambitious: that you leave therapy not only coping better, but living more fully—with stronger relationships, a clearer sense of self, and a future you are excited about. I strive to create a welcoming space for people of all identities, backgrounds, beliefs, and orientations.
