Richard Curtis - Stone Arch Psychology and Health Services

I am committed to providing compassionate and individualized mental health support, fostering a collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to explore their challenges and build resilience.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, and I embrace an eclectic and holistic perspective, tailoring evidence-based interventions to meet the diverse needs of my clients. I believe in addressing the whole person, considering emotional, mental, and physical well-being to promote meaningful growth and healing.

My professional and personal experiences, including military service and work as a Veteran Service Representative, have fueled my passion for working with individuals impacted by trauma, helping them reclaim strength and healing through a client-centered approach. I offer therapy services for clients ranging in age from children age 2 ½ to older adults, and I welcome all races, religions, faiths, sexual orientations and creeds. I am committed to creating an inclusive space where individuals from all walks of life feel welcomed, understood, and supported in their pursuit of well-being.

My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to achieve their personal goals. I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life’s complexities and work toward lasting well-being.
